Octo Light Reactor LR 150

The Octo Light Reactor LR-150 is designed to provide an efficient and space-saving solution for nutrient export in marine aquariums. Instead of relying on a traditional refugium, this reactor uses Chaetomorpha algae to naturally remove excess nutrients such as nitrate and phosphate from the water. By growing algae in a controlled, well-lit environment, it helps maintain cleaner, more stable water conditions, supports coral health, and reduces the likelihood of nuisance algae appearing in the display tank.

Built from robust hand-made acrylic, the LR-150 is made to exceed industry standards for durability and watertight construction. Its unique triangular LED strip placement delivers full 360-degree light coverage, eliminating blind spots and ensuring even Chaetomorpha growth.
